Please keep in mind that the uniform shop is run by volunteers, our efforts provide lower cost uniforms to you and support the school financially.
What does my child wear?
At Kent Road we want your child to be comfortable, as long as they are wearing uniform items they can wear the combination that they are comfortable in. Summer and Winter Items are suggestion for the warmer or cooler clothing.

The uniform shop does not supply shoes but your child will need black leather school shoes for Monday to Thursday and trainers for Fridays and PSSA.

Delivery
We try to deliver within 1 week of your order being placed. Orders are packed and distributed on Mondays and Thursdays as long as we have volunteers to complete the orders.
Goods will be delivered to your child's class, if they are not currently enrolled in a class the items will be delivered to the school administration office.

What happened to my order?
This question comes up a lot. Parents are waiting on orders and the volunteers have packed and delivered the orders to the staff room. Somewhere in between the order has disappeared. The volunteers pack and deliver the orders to the staff room on Mondays and Thursdays, the teachers (unless they are away) take the order to the class and gives the order to your child, The the child takes the orders home. If your order is missing please check with your child's class teacher, the school administration office (if the class was incorrect or missing the order will be in the office), KROSHC (many orders get left behind at out side of school hours care), once you have checked all of these places please email krpsuniformshop@gmail.com and the volunteers will investigate.
Exchange
Due to health and safety regulation the following items cannot be exchanged once opened or worn, unless they are faulty: Hats, Hair Accessories, Socks and Tights.
Exchange can only be made within 30 days of the sales docket.
Returns
Due to health and safety regulation the following items cannot be returned once opened or worn, unless they are faulty: Hats, Hair Accessories, Socks and Tights.

Returns can only be made to the store on Mondays.
Faulty items will considered on a case by case basis. Items may need to be sent to a supplier for inspection and no refund or exchange can be made until a decision has been advised from them.

Conditions of sale
It is the responsibility of the user of the Kent Road Public School Online Store and payments to ensure the appropriateness and suitability of items purchased for either themselves or children. Images displayed on our site may not always accurately picture the intended item and therefore is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they conform to their expectations through visiting the store during opening hours personally inspect items in which you may be unsure of.
Privacy information
All information submitted using this service is subject to the Kent Road Public School policy for the use and storage of personal information as well as being subject to the privacy of information policy of the NSW Department of Education and Communities. The information you submit is for the purpose of the Kent Road Public School Online Store and Payments and at no time will be shared or on-sold to any third party. Access to your information can only be obtained by either the School Principal, School Administration Manager and the owner of the information. You are able to request that your online shopping registration be removed at any time. This will result in your information being deleted from our servers so as not to be used for any purpose in the future. Volunteering
If you would like to volunteer, please email the uniform shop with your name and phone number and days you are available.
On Monday we are open for sales. The work involves helping people buy uniforms - sizing, quantities etc. If there is time you may also pack online orders. You don't need to work on the register though if you are interested in learning the system we are always happy to train up new people. There are usually four people working and the hours are 8:45 - 9:30am.
On Thursdays we pack online orders and unpack new stock. We don't do any selling. There are usually two or three people working and the hours are 9:05 - 10 am.
Volunteering at the uniform shop is a great way to meet other parents whilst helping the school (all profits from the shop go directly to the school to buy equipment) and the work is not difficult. You can work as often or as little as you like though the more volunteers we have, the less frequently we will need you to work. Without volunteers like you, the uniform shop would not be able to operate.
